2017 Tackle Football Equipment Check-out

Mandatory weigh-in and equipment check-out for all tackle football players.

 

ALL Football players must attend the official Weigh-in and Equipment Check-out session on Saturday, June 3rd at Pacific Cascade Middle School
 
Players should arrive during their assigned times as follows:

Rookie   [9:00 AM - 10:30 AM]

Cub   [10:30 AM - 12:00 PM]

Sophomore   [12:00 PM - 1:00 PM]

JV   [1:00 PM - 2:00 PM]

Varsity   [2:00 PM - 3:00 PM]
 
If you do have a schedule conflict, you may come to one of the other time slots listed above.  A make-up session will not occur until later in the summer.
 

What You Need to Bring

  • Required Forms - There are several forms that must be completed, signed, and submitted prior to the first practice.  We have not collected these forms from ANY players yet.  Please download these ahead of time and hand-in during Equipment Check-out.

 

  • NEW PLAYERS ONLY: COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE or VALID PASSPORT- If this is your players first year with IYF, then you will need to provide a COPY (originals will not be returned) of their birth certificate or a COPY of a Valid Passport. We must keep the COPY on file.   

 

  • EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT - To assure return of the equipment a deposit of $200 is required.  You will be required to complete a credit card authorization form (only charged if equipment is not returned) or supply a deposit check (will be deposited on December 1 if equipment is not returned). No equipment will be issued without a deposit.
